If you answered yes to any of these questions, or have other concerns about your physical strength and stability, our Balance and Agility Training Camp is for you.  You’ll work with one of our Functional Aging Specialist Trainers to regain your strength and your confidence.

Get Fit Fast! Redefine your body without ever lifting a weight. In every TRX session you get a 3-in-1 workout that targets specific muscle groups; all core all the time; plus balance training to make you lean, strong, and stable.

All levels of ability are welcome – there is a challenge in every session for beginners as well as seasoned athletes. This is a really fun way to build strength and lean muscles. Our workouts always flow nicely so you keep moving and we add in intervals to get your heart rate up; a great combination to boost your metabolism.

“TRX Intro” is required prior to participating in TRX 30 or TRX Camp. During the Intro you’ll learn the basic moves and how to easily adjust the straps. Call us to schedule your TRX Intro now. Two for the price of one – bring a friend for free!

  1. TRX Personal Training:
    Work with your Personal Trainer for a progressive series of moves on the TRX.  You’ll do more than you ever thought you could!
  2. TRX Blast:  Join our GET Fit drop-in training for a superb 30 minute TRX workout.   FREE for our VIP and GET Fit Members, $18/class or $150 10 Class Pass for all others.
  3. TRX Mobility:Increase your functional range of motion, improve balance, and release muscle tension with unique stretches that can only be done with the TRX.  The exercises are specifically chosen to increase mobility and integrity of the knees, hips and shoulders.
    Enroll monthly, meets 2X per week, 45 min., max 10.
  4. TRX for Teens Camp: Get the upper edge on your fitness and improve your core strength and power for every sport. This program was designed specifically for the 13-18 year old using hundreds of functional movements to build core stability, rotational power, balance, and agility.
    5 week camp, 2X per week, 45 min., max 10.
