All you have to do is choose how much or how little help you want along the way to better health.  We have options for individual attention (Personal Training), fun with large group training (10-16 participants, small group VIP Training (3-6 participants), or “do it yourself” (Fitness Basic Membership).

 Group Essential Training (Large Group) Fitness

We call it Group Essential Training because we offer the two essential physical activities – STRENGTH & CARDIO – that you need for good health.

Why you want it:   You’ll gain STRONG MUSCLES (Body Con and TRX) and a STRONG HEART (Indoor Cycling and Cardio Tennis) – plus you’ll look and feel better.

Why you’ll like working with a coach:  We have seen again and again that those who work with a coach get better results.  Maybe it’s because we ask you to push a little harder than you would on your own, we change your workouts to keep it fun, or simply give you the support, accountability, and encouragement you need to keep reaching for your goals.

Our BONUS for you:  Upon joining*, all members receive a MYZONE FITNESS TRACKER so you can measure your effort and see the results.

Our “large group” is still pretty small with a maximum of just 10 to 16 people depending on the type of training session. These sessions are a fun and economical way to get the guidance of a personal trainer, the challenge of a changing workout, and the camaraderie of a group.

Our fitness studio has all the equipment you need for good health without the crowds and weight lifter egos.  In our friendly, low-key, private gym, you’ll learn the moves to get stronger and toned, build healthy bones, and train for a healthy heart.  And we’ll greet you with a smile every day!
